Who needs a cash-advance?
If you were injured as a result of someone’s negligence and you are having trouble paying bills or have an emergency expense, you may be able to receive funding today. The money you receive can be used for anything at all! We place no restrictions on the way you spend the money we advance
What is it?
IT IS NON-RECOURSE! This type of funding is NOT A LOAN! Pre-settlement / Pre-judgment cash advance is money given to you immediately in exchange for the right to receive a portion of your future financial settlement/judgment. You get the money now in order to pay for whatever you like and pay nothing back until you get money at the conclusion of your case.
If your claim is unsuccessful you do not have to pay back the money that we advanced you!
What isn’t it?
It is NOT a loan! If your case is lost you do not have to repay the money you were advanced. You are not borrowing from us, you are selling us a portion of the proceeds of your claim! Because of this, our ability to advance money does not take your credit score into account.
This product is not to be confused with a loan. It is not a loan. Because the obligation to repay the money advanced depends on whether or not your legal claim is resolved favorably, you simply do not have to repay unless your attorney recovers money for you.
What types of lawsuits does V Funding advance $$ on
If you have suffered a physical injury as a result of someone else’s negligence (motor vehicle accident, fall down accident, dog bite, medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful imprisonment, police brutality, etc.) …if you have an attorney representing your rights…. We can consider your claim!
How does the cash advance application process work?
Have your attorney’s contact information available. Let your attorney know (preferably in writing) that you are applying for funding on your legal claim so that they are not surprised by contact from our office.
Our office requests and reviews certain information relevant to your case and determines what amount of money we are able to advance.
After you execute our contract and your attorney acknowledges the agreement we will continue to the funding process.
Once we are in receipt of all necessary documents we will deliver your money utilizing your selected method (Western Union, Check or Bank Transfer).
Can you receive more than one advance?
YES! You may be able to receive additional advances depending on the specific type of case you have and the type of injuries sustained. In order to determine whether or not you qualify you will have to contact us and provide copies of any prior funding agreements as well as completing the “application process” detailed above.
